Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving growth and forging strategic partnerships? Sandwell College is seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance educational opportunities and foster community engagement. 


Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our business development initiatives, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and develop innovative strategies that align with our institutional goals. Your ability to analyse market trends, negotiate partnerships, and deliver impactful presentations will be crucial in expanding our reach and influence. 

This includes but is not limited to: apprenticeships, commercial programmes and T-Levels and Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs).

Please note given the nature of this role there will be a requirement for applicants to have the ability to travel across the West Midlands area, travel expenses will be covered.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent relationship building skills, and have a strong understanding of apprenticeships and educational settings. A positive and optimistic attitude, along with ambition and determination to meet ambitious stretching targets, are essential for this role.
