Job overview

The Co-Principals wish to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic senior nursery nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who specialises in working with children in the foundation stage to join our successful team of experienced and passionate early years professionals.

Hillingdon Primary School was inspected by Ofsted in March this year and we were judged to be an ‘outstanding’ academy where ‘Pupils flourish … They benefit from highly positive experiences and achieve exceptionally well’. We have wonderful pupils in our school and Ofsted commented that their behaviour is ‘exemplary’.

What can we offer?

  • The opportunity to work within a large team of supportive, Early Years professionals.
  • Pupils who are well-behaved, happy and respectful with a positive approach to their learning.
  • Effective and embedded planning and assessment systems.
  • CPD opportunities for staff to enable career progression.
  • Modern, fully resourced classrooms with direct access to outside play areas.

What kind of individual are we looking for?

  • An enthusiastic senior nursery nurse who is passionate about ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
  • A committed individual who is dedicated to providing an engaging, positive learning environment.
  • A senior nursery nurse who can confidently manage and develop a team of dedicated, experienced nursery nurses and learning support assistants across our Nursery and Reception classes.
  • A senior nursery nurse who knows our school or has taken the time to find out something about us.

The school is proud to be part of the Elliot Foundation, a multi-academy trust specialising in primary education, and we maximise the opportunities this presents to collaborate and work with other academies and like-minded professionals for the benefit of our students.
