Salary: - HCC Grade D £25,628 - £28,326. An additional 12.5% allowance is paid for working alternate shifts.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and well-motivated Site Manager to join our hard working site team.
The successful candidate will be ready to take on any task that can arise in a busy secondary school. This role will take responsibility for the supervision and provision of a high quality maintenance, security and cleanliness regime of the school buildings and grounds, adhering to sound H&S methods, along with taking immense pride in the school site. This is a key role that would suit someone with excellent DIY skills.
The possession of a clean driving licence is desirable.

About Swanmore College
Swanmore College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-16 comprehensive secondary school, situated in a rural location approximately 13 miles south of Winchester, Hampshire. There are currently 1,200 pupils on the school roll.
The secondary school is part of the Eastleigh Consortium, which is an association of 14 local schools and colleges. The aim of the consortium is to encourage the sharing of ideas and materials that have been produced by staff.
