Are you a proactive and hands-on professional with a passion for maintaining safe and welcoming environments? We are seeking a dynamic Site Manager to join our school, supporting our mission to provide an exceptional space for learning, development, and community engagement.
As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the school operates smoothly and effectively, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors alike. You will lead and coordinate a dedicated site team, taking responsibility for both planned and reactive maintenance across the school’s buildings and grounds, always striving for the highest standards. Ensuring compliance with statutory health and safety requirements will be a key focus, involving regular checks and preventative maintenance schedules.
Your health and wellbeing are important to us at Myton School with all staff having access to the Westfield Health ‘Healthy Extras’ provision. This includes access to a 24 hour Doctor line, emotional support and counselling, financial advice and debt counselling and specialist information on a wide range of work-life issues.
