Job overview
You would be required to carry out the following duties:
- opening the site, preparing rooms, locking the site at the end of a shift
- security duties, supervising lettings and visitors on-site
- general maintenance and repairs
- health & safety checks on school equipment and facilities, and maintaining records as required
- cleaning duties
- co-ordination of deliveries
We are looking for someone who:
- has a willingness to learn, is reliable and hardworking.
- can use initiative to solve problems and deal with emergencies as and when they arise
- able to work independently
You will provide an essential front of house service to our weekend lettings, which will involve providing a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our visitors. As a site supervisor, you will undertake security duties to ensure the school is opened and closed, secure at agreed times and undertake regular patrols to monitor security and reporting any issues through appropriate channels. There will also be maintenance duties to be carried out throughout your shift which will be communicated by the Site Manager. It is essential that the successful candidate is willing to complete a pool plant course which will be funded by the school.
