We wish to appoint an Administrator to join the Sixth Form office at Rushcliffe School.
This is a pivotal role supporting the day to day running of Rushcliffe Sixth Form and the forward planning of events on the sixth form calendar and requires an extremely flexible, helpful attitude with exceptional organisational skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is willing to learn and help develop the administrative support in the academy.
The person appointed will provide reception, administrative, finance and clerical support to the Sixth Form office.
- You will be an initial point of contact for the Sixth Form and be required to deal with and direct telephone and face to face enquiries from staff, students, parents and visitors.
- You will also be responsible for a variety of administration duties including (but not confined to): the organisation of open days / progress evenings; the enrolment of students; administration support for the UCAS process and administration of all correspondence home to parents/carers.
- You will follow existing school processes and protocols.
This is a temporary maternity contract which could come to an end earlier if the maternity leave ends within the year.
