About the School:
Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. Wilson Stuart School is an Ofsted designated outstanding all age (2 – 25 years) Special School which provides very high-quality education for 257 pupils and young people who have physical disabilities, and/or complex medical conditions. Queensbury School provides for 245 students who have MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health). Mayfield School educates children and young people, who have a range of learning difficulties, between the ages of 3 and 19 and have approximately 300 students on roll.

About this Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Schools Outreach Support Teacher (SSOS). We are looking for an experienced Teacher who must have previous experience of working with students with SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Based at Wilson Stuart School but working across the city, you will be providing support in these areas to mainstream schools as part of the Birmingham Special Schools Outreach Programme.
