Specialist Coordinator for Dyslexia

You will be working in small groups and  on a 1:1 basis focusing on developing literacy or numeracy skills for  dyslexic and dyscalculic students across all year groups. The College  promotes equality and fair access to the curriculum for all students and  this role is ideal for anyone passionate about an inclusive curriculum.  Additionally you will be involved in identifying testing and supporting  dyslexic students in the College. The Academy is recognised as a beacon  of excellence in terms of providing professional development  opportunities to all staff and encourage staff to develop their  expertise.
