Tes is supporting the appointment of a Specialist SEMH Teacher KS2/KS3 (SEND School) - January 2025 to join a School based in Wiltshire.

This school is looking for a proactive, resourceful, and energetic SEMH Secondary Teacher for key stages 2 and 3 across the curriculum, with the support of their specialist teachers covering Art, Design/DT, PE, Maths and English.

You should be self-motivated with a creative approach to curriculum delivery and have the skills to continuously improve the learning experience for the pupils.

You should have experience of working with young people with SEMH and complex needs and understand what approaches work well and how building positive relationships are key.

The school would like to hear from you if you are a skilled KS2/KS3 Teacher and have a passion for inclusion and teaching pupils with SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health) challenges and those with autism.  

The position of Specialist SEMH KS2/KS3 Teacher has been created to support the growth of the school and the needs of the pupils, it is a great opportunity to be part of a team proving the very best possible educational opportunities for the pupils within a nurturing and supportive setting.

The School is an independent special school that provides education for pupils aged 5 to 19 with SEMH and ASD and associated difficulties.

As a Specialist SEMH Teacher – KS2/KS3, you will work in an immensely rewarding, although often challenging environment, contributing to supporting the development of social, life and independence skills and truly making a difference in the lives of pupils.
