Why You?

Your Purpose:

Collaborate with Teaching Teams to plan, prepare, and assess an innovative, flexible curriculum.

Teach individual and small group sessions. Support school development by working with curriculum and development leads. Advocate for the young people and their families in your care. Use a collaborative, multi-agency approach to deliver a holistic education provision, focusing on health and safety, risk management, and safeguarding.

Be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.

Your Impact:

Drive forward improvement initiatives positively. Encourage learner participation in decision-making and management of their programs to maintain high engagement levels. Be a role model for our learners, embodying the values, attitudes, and behaviours we expect.


Job Title: Specialist Teaching Assistant

Salary: £17,490 - £19,080

Hours: Maximum of 37.5 hours per week

Weeks: 39 Working Weeks – Permanent, full-time

Location: East Midlands - Mansfield, Worksop, Nottingham City, Ilkeston, Leicestershire
