We are looking for a Standards and Progression Leader for Maths to join our team.

We are looking for a Maths teacher and leader who is passionate about their subject and the delivery of an effective curriculum to pupils of all ages and abilities. We expect that, through leading your effective teaching and learning, all pupils will be inspired to achieve the outstanding progress that we know they are capable of.

As a leader in the Maths Faculty, you will join a team that will play a key part in improving the outcomes and life chances of the students you teach. As the Standards and Progress Leader, you will ensure students are on track to achieve fantastic outcomes and implement effective interventions for any who require it.

To be successful, you will:

  • Be passionate about Maths and about helping all pupils succeed, despite their background
  • Have high professional standards
  • Be committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality
  • Be able to make positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike
  • Be able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupils
