Located at Russell Street, Middlesbrough, Outwood Academy Riverside is set to have a new school built on Pioneering Way close to Middlesbrough College. Additionally, a satellite site in Eston will open in September 2024 as the school continues to grow.

About the Role:

As a behaviour administrator, you will work closely with our student support team to support the provision of students with the aim of helping them to overcome barriers to their learning and development.

You will be the first point of contact in managing the consequences system, overseeing the logging and tracking of student data to provide reports to senior leadership. Equally, in this role you will be required to communicate with families as appropriate, reporting student behaviour, as well as with the relevant outside agencies and organisations.

Being based in the academy consequences room, the behaviour administrator is responsible for maintaining the area and ensuring it provides an appropriate environment for students.

This is an excellent role for any individuals that have a passion for supporting students and families to ensure they are supported within their education.
