Job overview
Student Services, Barnet & Southgate College offer an exciting opportunity to join the College as a Counsellor working as part of our team that helps to ensure students are supported and are removing barriers to learning. We are keen to hear from applicants who are a qualified Counsellor, or very nearly, (BACP accredited course). The successful applicants must have worked with and understand young people and vulnerable adults with experience of delivering short-term, focussed counselling, or using new and innovative delivery styles (online or video-link) should apply.
You will need a relevant counselling qualification that is BACP accredited, qualification, excellent IT and interpersonal skills plus GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent).
