Student Support and Wellbeing Lead
Do you have an understanding of children in a secondary school environment. Do you have a caring nature with empathy for working with children to support the behaviour and pastoral welfare to enable them to make positive choices.
Do you have a genuine passion for supporting students, particularly those experiencing challenges to help get them back on track.
If you have got excellent communication and organisation skills and are willing to work with children who face challenges, with the desire and commitment to raise the achievement of students at all levels, come and join our supportive and caring team.

Term Time plus 2 days
Required for 1st February 2025 (or as early as possible from 6th January 2025)

· Contribute fully to school life
· Have high expectations of yourself and be a role model to others
· Be determined to play a pivotal role in Student Support, working closely with the Assistant Headteacher (DSL)/ Inclusions Manager and Safeguarding Lead to achieve this.
