The successful candidate will:
- Set high expectations which motivate and challenge students in a productive learning environment
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Adapt to and respond to the strengths and needs of all students
- Be accountable for leading, managing and developing the RE programme across the school.
- Develop the intent and implementation of the curriculum to achieve the desired impact, leading students to appreciate the subject and its application.
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

At HWA we are now into our third year of growth, so have years 7-9 on roll.
