The Castle school meets the individual needs of 162 students between 4 and 19 years, whom have special educational needs. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and flexible people with a positive and proactive approach to grow our team from September 2024.

You will be working with students 1 to 1 and in small groups to enable their access to learning. You will work in both our indoor and outdoor classrooms to support the pupils’ learning as directed by the class teacher. You will also be required to assist with the pupil’s personal needs. The ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff is essential.

We are committed to supporting and developing our staff to reach their full potential and provide a variety of training and development opportunities. You will be joining a team of experienced people dedicated to helping our children. The post will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and thriving school community where you can make a tangible difference.

This role is 30 hours per week 0845-1515 Monday to Friday
