ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and recruit top-tier talent for Dipont Education and its extensive network of schools. You will play a role in developing recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining our reputation for excellence in international education recruitment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a deep understanding of Dipont’s history, philosophy, and organizational structure, as well as the curriculum and hiring needs of our schools.
• Craft compelling, high-quality job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and attract the right candidates.
• Source top candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen candidates thoroughly to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with our schools’ standards.
• Prepare concise and insightful candidate write-ups for school leadership teams.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing candidates with a great experience and answering their questions throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and any process updates.
• Manage the reference-checking process efficiently, ensuring timely collection of confidential feedback.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, employer branding initiatives, and other talent acquisition projects.
• Stay informed about visa requirements and local regulations for international hires.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on continuous improvements to our recruitment strategies and processes.
