Your Role
As Talent Architect, you will be at the forefront of our workforce strategy, responsible for:
- Strategic Workforce Leadership: Crafting forward-looking talent strategies aligned with our vision and goals.
- Talent Development: Designing programs to identify, nurture, and retain exceptional educators and leaders.
- Innovative Recruitment: Developing creative approaches to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
- Employer Branding: Showcasing Great Schools Trust as a premier employer in the education sector.
- Partnership Building: Establishing connections with universities, training providers, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management and succession plans.
- Lead recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational values.
- Foster staff well-being and inclusion while promoting professional growth.
- Represent Great Schools Trust at recruitment events and conferences.
- Support the wider HR team with policy development and employee engagement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who is:
- Visionary, with a strategic mindset to anticipate challenges and craft innovative solutions.
- Empathetic, understanding the needs of staff and acting with compassion and clarity.
- Results-driven, with a proven track record in talent development and organisational leadership.
- Knowledgeable about the education sector, with experience in HR or workforce management.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- A valid driving license.
Desirable:
- Experience in schools, higher education, or training environments.
