We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and committed Teacher of Art to join our Art & Digital Photography Faculty, to deliver our art curriculum and establish an excellent provision for our young people. Guiseley School is passionate about its Art & Digital Photography Faculty, and we are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to excellence and achieving the very best for all our students. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of specialised teachers in ensuring we appropriately challenge our students and drive a passion for art. The ability to teach Digital Photography is desired, but not essential.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have a flexible approach to work and have a good knowledge of pastoral support. We’ve recently moved into our state-of-the-art buildings in January 2023. We designed our art facilities to facilitate and encourage a passion for the arts while giving our students spacious and bright workspaces. Guiseley School is an 11-18 fully inclusive school situated in a small town in the City of Leeds in West Yorkshire. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is now a suburb of northwest Leeds and close to the stunning Dales. The school is part of a Co-operative Trust established in 2014. The school works jointly with several local schools to promote the welfare and success of the children of Aireborough.
