The Lakes School is seeking to employ a permanent outstanding teacher of Computing and iMedia from April 2025 or as soon as possible from January 2025. We would welcome applications from exceptional candidates who are interested in making a long-term commitment to the school.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the ability and age range, including GCSE and A Level, and will join experienced colleagues within the school.
The post would be suitable for either an NQT/ECT or more experienced teacher, but regardless of length of service, they will have the commitment and energy to support and inspire our students. Importantly, the successful candidate will benefit from joining a supportive, dedicated and forward-thinking faculty.
We are a high achieving, fully comprehensive school; a dynamic and innovative centre at the heart of the Lake District where all pupils are encouraged to be inspired, feel challenged, become empowered. The Lakes School was graded good in all areas by OFSTED in November 2019.
