Following, the retirement of one of our dedicated, long-standing members of staff, we are looking to appoint an innovative and enthusiastic teacher of Design Technology to join our highly successful Department.
This summer, the department achieved outstanding results with GCSE Design Technology, Electronics, Food & Nutrition and Hospitality & Catering. A-Level results in Electronics and Product Design were also outstanding.
The successful candidate will:
- have the enthusiasm, vision and commitment to inspire and motivate students to learn Design Technology.
- be an inspirational communicator and have the skills to both challenge and encourage students to achieve their potential.
- be committed to securing positive student outcomes at Key stage 3, 4 and 5.
- have the ability to think creatively and encourage student engagement.
