Job overview
We are looking to recruit an outstanding Teacher of Design Technology to join our well established DT Department. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner and bring passion and enthusiasm for the subject. You will be able to teach lessons which demonstrate the Academic Values of the College, namely: Aspiration, Collaboration, Engagement, Progression, Purpose and Relevance. You will have a clear desire to ensure high standards of pupil progression and attainment, providing stimulating learning opportunities.
The school delivers the subject at examination level in GCSE Design and Technology - Product Design and BTEC Art and Design -3D Design and A Level Product Design, therefore experience in these areas is desirable.
This is an ideal opportunity for both a newly qualified teacher, a more experienced Teacher or ECT to develop their career. We welcome applications from candidates in either the state or independent sectors.

We are also on the mainline rail network between Oxford (30 minutes) and London Paddington (45 minutes). Daily school transport services are available from Ascot, Basingstoke, Henley/Wargrave, Maidenhead, Newbury and Wantage.

In November 2019, the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) rated the college as ‘Excellent’ for both the academic and personal development of its pupils. It said: ‘Pupils demonstrate exemplary attitudes to learning: they respond to academic challenge with energy and purpose.’
