A rare and exciting teaching opportunity has arisen at The English School, Kuwait. Due to exponential growth within our successful, ISI rated, excellent school, we wish to appoint a dynamic, well-qualified and committed Teacher of English with an outstanding track record. The successful candidate will have at least three years teaching experience and be committed to our values and ethos; understand what excellence looks like within the English curriculum and contribute positively to a widely recognised, high performing and well respected department. 

The successful candidate may teach children from Years 3 to 8 and must demonstrate an understanding of the needs of these age ranges as well as excellent curriculum knowledge. A UK-recognised Bachelor degree and teaching qualifications are essential for this post.

This rewarding role involves working closely with the Head of English to ensure that high levels of pupil attainment and progress are maintained. Many of our pupils are self-driven and passionate about their learning and our staff are friendly, supportive and experienced. The position is full time and the successful candidate will need to be available from Wednesday August 23rd for an induction programme. Term begins for pupils on Sunday, September 3, 2023.
