Teacher of Food and Nutrition - Required for 1st January 2025 or as soon as possible

Governors seek to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner who is dedicated to setting high expectations and achieving the highest standards for all. The successful candidate will be required to teach Food and Nutrition across the age and ability range. They will be expected to contribute to the existing good practice of the department and to be part of the school’s journey to being a great school by improving progress and attainment for all.

The Technology department at St Augustine’s has:

  • A small and dedicated Technology team
  • A technician shared between Food and Design Technology
  • A newly refurbished food room and equipment
  • Access to ICT facilities
  • Established GCSE classes
  • A CMAT supportive of teacher development, offering a wide and varied range of CPD opportunities.
