Due to the expansion of the school, an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and creative History teacher to join the current humanities team. Bowland High is a co-educational secondary academy based in Grindleton, near Clitheroe in Lancashire. The intake of Pupils is aged 11-16 and it is a non-denominational school. Bowland is a smaller than average secondary school that has just increased its PAN from 110 to 140. Bowland High overlooks the River Ribble and Pendle Hill from an elevated position and is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
