Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a highly effective Teacher of Humanities, with a particular interest in RE and History from February or Easter 2025. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and high expectations.
The post is for 2 days a week, the working days will be agreed with the successful candidate, this role is on a fixed term basis until August 2025 in the first instance.
In 2023 Wolgarston High School were top of Staffordshire with an average A level grade of a B+. We were recognised as a good school by Ofsted in May 2022. We have a track record of excellent results with P8 scores consistently above +0.5 and are committed to evidence-based teaching and learning and reducing teacher workload.
