Teacher of Maths at Belmont School

We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated practitioner of Mathematics to join our school. Nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, pupils and staff alike cannot fail to be inspired and motivated by the environment in which we work, and staff see it as a real privilege to work in such a fantastic environment that puts the pupils at its heart.

We are an independent day, flexi and weekly boarding school for children aged 3 to 16. Situated close to the town of Dorking the School site comprises of a Pre-Prep, (pre-reception to Year 2) a Prep School (Years 3 to 6) and Senior School (Year 7 upwards). Classes rarely exceed 16 pupils in the Prep School and 20 in the Senior School. 

The school day runs from 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday with weekly or flexible boarding available from Sunday evening to Friday evening. 

With a new Head joining the school this term, our first GCSE cohort successfully through the school and with the opening of our brand-new senior school teaching block, Belmont is a school that has big ambitions for its future.
