Tes is supporting the appointment of a dynamic and innovative Teacher of Music to join a school in a fixed term maternity cover role based in Bexley, Crayford.
The post holder will have the opportunity to work across the secondary key stages to inspire students and contribute fully to an exciting and varied enrichment programme and performance calendar. You will be supported in aiming to achieve the highest possible standards in pupil achievement and progress, personal and professional development and wellbeing. The department offers first class resources and equipment in their purpose built suite of music classrooms serviced by a specialist technician.
The school is seeking a strong, organised, well qualified practitioner with a degree and a teaching qualification who is keen to develop their own practice to the highest level and take advantage of their excellent professional learning.
The candidate must be a compelling communicator with an ability to champion the subject to pupils with a fully comprehensive range of abilities. You will also bring real energy and dynamism to the role, alongside genuine enthusiasm and passion for your subject
