We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teacher of PE with the ability to deliver a variety of sports, including football, rugby, basketball and athletics to join an excellently resourced PE department at this successful and oversubscribed comprehensive school. The successful candidate will have a degree in Sports Science or equivalent, experience of GCSE and Vocational courses would be desirable.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To teach PE across the ability and 11-18 age range in line with departmental schemes of work and policies.
  • To participate in the development of appropriate syllabuses, materials and schemes of work
  • To be accountable for student progress by liaising with teaching and support staff to monitor and support individual children and teaching groups.
