We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and effective Teacher of Performing Arts to join an ambitious and committed team of subject specialists. The post will be covering the maternity leave of a current member of the team.  

The successful candidate will have outstanding subject knowledge and be an expert in Performing Arts pedagogy. Experience in teaching Drama (KS3 Drama and Dance, KS4 BTEC tech award (Drama) and A level Drama) as well as Music, would be beneficial.

 

We are looking for someone with a work ethic that focuses on student outcomes but will also thrive in contributing to an excellent environment for pupils, staff, parents and the wider school community. The successful candidate will contribute to the outstanding extra-curricular programme already offered at the school.

About The Hart School

The Hart School is an 11-18, non-selective, oversubscribed school from September 2021 located in Rugeley, Staffordshire. We currently have 1195 students on roll including a growing sixth form of 150 students.

We are part of the growing Creative Education Trust and work closely with a family of schools to raise standards and to enable students to achieve their potential, thereby ensuring students are given the educational opportunity of a lifetime.
