• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay at the forefront of educational innovation.

Discipline and Safety:

• Foster a safe and orderly learning environment, prioritising the health and safety of all pupils.
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to discussions on curriculum, pastoral care, and organisational matters.

Cover and Examinations:

• Stand ready to step in and provide cover teaching when needed, ensuring continuity of learning for all pupils.
• Play an active role in preparing pupils for public examinations, guiding them to success with confidence and expertise.

Management and Administration:

• Collaborate with colleagues to support the induction of new teachers and contribute to the ongoing development of school activities.
• Fulfil administrative duties with enthusiasm, from attending assemblies to supervising pupils during break times.
