Contract: Full time/Temporary (Maternity cover)

Start date: required for January 2025

For January 2025, we are looking for a dynamic and inspirational practitioner, who has experience of teaching Biology or Chemistry up to A level.

You will be joining a successful and thriving department and a dedicated team of colleagues, who share a vision of excellent teaching and learning. You will have a passion for education, excellent classroom management and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to enhancing student learning.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Can plan and deliver a range of challenging and outstanding lessons, to inspire students and develop their love for the subject
  • Encourage students to achieve to the best of their ability, in both their practical and academic work
  • Can inspire, motivate, challenge, and support all our students to achieve and excel
  • Will be generous with their knowledge and time and enjoy sharing resources and expertise
