We are seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Assistant who has a positive outlook and is willing to work hard and learn quickly, building relationships with pupils and colleagues.
Teaching and Learning Assistants are central to the education of children at Brighton College Al Ain (FS- Year13). This is a demanding and varied role in which the successful candidate will need to have a genuine love of working with young people, to share in their wonder and to inspire them to learn. They will need to have a genuine passion for teaching and learning and understand how children learn and grow both academically and socially and emotionally. They will need to be flexible with their schedule and able to manage change at short notice with a calmness under pressure. Above all else they will ensure that in all aspects of their work, the needs of the children are the main consideration.
