Teaching & Learning Support Assistant - Part Time

At Albemarle, it is important to us that all adults contribute to the growth and development of every child and support their individual needs. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching & Learning Assistant who will provide intervention and enrichment support initially in our school nursery.

This candidate will work with teachers, providing general support in the classrooms, appropriate one-to-one support for an individual pupil (including SEN pupils), or support for small groups of pupils of a range of abilities and across the curriculum.

The successful applicant will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outside according to individual need. Previous experience of working with pupils age 3-11, GCSEs in English and Maths and Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, are highly desirable.
