About the Position
Contract type: Full-time, Mon to Fri, 830 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Start Date : Immediate Start Available
As our Teaching Assistant, you will actively participate in lesson planning, implementing activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum, and adapting activities to meet individual children's needs. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting our student’s academic and personal growth, ensuring their learning objectives are met. Your individualised support will help students grasp key concepts and achieve their full potential.
You will also contribute to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment, cultivating a love of learning.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience of working in a nursery or school setting from 2-5 years
- Good communication skills both verbally and written with children, staff and parents
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant in Early Years (desired)
- An ability to devise and implement a range of strategies to support learning and enjoyment of learning.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- The ability to inspire confidence and become a positive role model.
- A qualification in related subject area such as NVQ level 3 and GCSE/
