If you are an enthusiastic and highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant seeking to join a welcoming and experienced support team, we would like to hear from you. 

This role will be demanding, as well as a highly rewarding.

Previous experience is essential to deliver high quality learning experiences for our students. A strength in supporting literacy or numeracy would be an advantage.

You will be required to work on a one-to-one basis, or provide in-class support to students who have a wide range of learning, medical or behavioural difficulties.

Our Teaching Assistants work alongside the Class Teacher and the Intervention Manager to improve the progress and attainment for our pupils.

Experience of delivering interventions would be desirable, in particular the development of speech and language and social skills.

We welcome Teaching Assistants from Secondary or Primary School backgrounds.

Hours of work: 32.5 per week, over 39 weeks of the year (term-time plus 5 days).

Salary: £24,294 - £25,980 FTE (£18,413 - £19,691 pro rata)
