Scale 3, point 5 (TA) or Scale 5, point 12 (HLTA)
TA £21,591 pa paid pro rata at £18,734 pa
HLTA £ £24,462 pa paid pro rata at £21,226 pa
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)
We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work as part of our Inclusion Faculty. The successful candidate will need to have strong literacy and numeracy skills and be determined to make a real difference to the lives of young people through supporting their educational development.
You will be joining a happy, popular and well-resourced school where leadership and management and personal development, behaviour and welfare are ‘outstanding’ and where there is ‘a strong culture of developing training and leadership opportunities for all members of the school community.’ (Ofsted 2019)
