About this role:
Wardle Academy seeks to appoint a number of Teaching Assistants to join our team. We are looking for really special, committed and passionate individuals who are able to foster strong trusting relationships with children & parents alike.
Wardle Academy is part of the Watergrove Trust. The Trust is situated in the West Pennine area, where community and faith schools work in partnership to serve our diverse local area. We share the same drive and determination to promote the best possible academic standards, whilst developing young people of unique character, preparing them for their lives ahead.
Wardle Academy is located in a semi-rural setting serving the local community. The Academy is easily accessible, within close proximity to the M62 motorway and Smithy Bridge train station.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute in supporting our students and helping them to achieve their potential. Experience of supporting young people in a similar role would be advantageous although appropriate training would be made available for the right person.
We are looking for someone who is:
