Oak Wood Secondary School is a successful specialist setting for children and young people aged from 11 to 19 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant who will support learning opportunities for our pupils alongside the class teacher in order to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
The Central England Academy Trust is a growing trust which is committed to developing its work force and encouraging all members of staff to participate in a range of professional development opportunities.
We welcome applicants who either hold a teaching assistant qualification or are currently working towards obtaining the qualification. Please see the job description for details of the full requirements for the role.
The successful applicants will also be expected to undergo core training.
