This role is to work as part of a team of Teaching Assistants, and alongside subject teachers, to assist with the teaching and support of children. The role also involves delivering interventions to develop social communication and emotional regulation skills.
The right candidate will:
- Have knowledge and understanding of high levels of differentiation and use of assistive technology to support independent learning.
- Be creative and have a passion for supporting achievement for all.
- Be able to work under pressure within a strong team focused towards challenging goals
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Share in our vision for realising the life chances and dreams of every child
