We currently have an exciting opportunity for Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our fantastic team at Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA), working within the Greenwood, an alternative provision for students who struggle to access the mainstream curriculum and could be, without suitable intervention, at risk of exclusion.
This is a Grade 4, permanent post working 35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 INSET days. The starting salary is £22,006 and the full time equivalent is £25,584.

We are looking for a tenacious individual to work with small cohorts to support the delivery of bespoke curriculum. You will have the determination to make a difference to our students and experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders, including staff, students and governors.
Main purpose of the job:
Under the guidance of a teacher, provide support in addressing the needs of pupils who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning.

Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA) opened in 2009 and is proud to be part of the Prospere Learning Trust.
Our campus now has two teaching buildings, which incorporate a Theatre, Art, Fashion and Dance studios and new Science laboratories. There is also a new £1million multi-sport facility which includes a full-size 3G rugby and football pitch and other redeveloped sports facilities.
