We are seeking an exceptional individual who has the highest aspirations and expectations for young people and is passionate about ensuring that they can go on to lead a happy and successful life. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a new initiative and to shape a new provision within the academy.
Working under the guidance of the Pathways Manager and the HLTA, you will implement agreed programmes of learning with individuals or small groups both inside and outside of the classroom setting, ensuring that the highest standards continue to be met. Having a clear knowledge of SEMH and successful approaches within a school setting will be key to your success within this role.
