An exciting opportunity has arisen at Fulbridge Academy for a Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Our broad curriculum teaches academic and vocational subjects, promoting social and emotional development alongside reading, oracy, writing and maths. Our Physical Education, Performing Arts, Art, and Forest School staff are specialists in their subjects.
We are privileged to work with dedicated and enthusiastic staff, from teaching staff to support staff, who do their best every day to offer the highest level of education and support to the children in our care.

32.5hrs per week
190 days (Term time) Monday to Friday

- You will be working alongside the class teacher to deliver the following roles and responsibilities:
- ● Organise indoor and outdoor learning linked to local and national learning strategies
- ● Undertake assessments and observations of children within your classroom, providing
- detailed and regular feedback on achievements, progress, problems, etc.
- ● Adapt and deliver learning activities with individual children, or small groups, who would benefit from different learning approaches (as agreed).
- ● Encourage and promote inclusion and acceptance.
- ● Prioritise safeguarding and wellbeing of the children at all times.
- ● Develop and maintain effective relationships with other staff, parents, and carers.
- ● Attend relevant meetings as required.
