Job overview
The governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join the staff of our friendly Roman Catholic school.
The successful candidate will:
Ø Preferably be a practising member of the Catholic Church
Ø Have experience of working with children of primary age
Ø Provide tailored support for children with varying SEND & additional/undiagnosed needs
Ø Support children throughout all classroom activities whilst learning alongside the national curriculum
Ø Provide a positive, safe and secure environment for all children, promoting inclusion
Ø Have English & Maths skills to Grade C/4 GCSE (or at a level equivalent to NQF Level 2 or higher)
