Would you like to be a Teaching Assistant with Beacon Education, merging with Bath and Wells Trust in Autumn 2024?

Experience of working within an educational setting is desirable but not essential. Although you would have a base you could be asked to work across any of our Trust Schools.


This contract will be 30 hours per week during term time (plus 2 inset days) This contract may include lunch cover

Danesfield C of E Middle School, in Williton, is seeking to appoint 2 teaching assistants. We require 2 individuals who are enthusiastic, conscientious, self-motivated and would like to provide a key role in enabling access to learning for our pupils.

This role will involve working closely with teachers and other colleagues to support a range of pupils, including those with recognised special educational needs. It is a highly rewarding position within a supportive team, where you can gain new skills and make a real difference to the education of our children. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to undertake work, care and support programmes as directed by the class teacher and SENDCo.
