Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated professional to join our friendly and supportive staff as a Teaching Assistant. This will involve supporting a teacher within a classroom situation as well as working with small groups of children across the school, both within and outside the class and delivering interventions to improve outcomes for all. Experience of working with children and using positive behaviour management strategies, liaising with a range of professionals and good organisational skills are essential.

This is an ideal position for anyone with previous experience of working with children in a school setting. It is essential to have energy, the ability to communicate well, make good relationships with others, grasp ideas quickly and show initiative.
