Job overview

We are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic people to become an essential part of the team.

  • This permanent role will be to support the learning of specific students with additional educational needs
  • Maintaining specified student’s targets both in the classroom and in specially designed interventions.
  • There may also be times when they will be required to support other children in the class; leading small groups and working with other individuals.
  • Assisting the class teacher with the classroom environment and resources.
  • Assisting with student specific individual care; additional responsibility payment available

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of written and spoken English, and Maths skills (minimum Grade 4 GCSE or equivalent) to support children up to Key Stage 5.
