Job overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as a co-ordinator on a permanent basis. This key role will support all aspects of Hub’s training programs based out of Swavesey Village College.
The Opportunity
- A great chance to work with a supportive, strong and enthusiastic team providing excellent customer service
- Co-ordinate and organise training programmes for teachers and leaders
- Represent the Hub at events across the area
- Assist with development, design, and distribution of marketing materials across multiple mediums related to the hub
- Responsible for financial processes, including production of reports and chasing of debtors
- Support online training sessions
The ideal candidate
- Have a good educational background with evidence of CPD
- Have experience working in a busy environment with competing deadlines
- Be a team player, with a ‘can do’ solution focused attitude
- Experience of administrating marketing platforms
- Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity
- Keen to learn new skills and knowledge.
