This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated IT professional to join our IT services team to provide 1st and 2nd line support. You will be responsible for providing a proactive and customer-focused desktop and network support to students and staff.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Very good general PC/Desktop/printer troubleshooting skills, including industry standard software applications.
- Skills to configure, maintain and administer Windows 10 operating system, including imaging technology.
- Skills to configure, maintain and administer networking, VoIP and wireless systems
- Knowledge and experience of working in a team with a “can do attitude”
There will be opportunities to expand your knowledge by assisting the IT Services team with various latest technologies, including Office 365, VMware, Microsoft, Desktop application and cloud computing. In-house training and development with be provided by our highly skilled IT services team.
