The Role
We are seeking to appoint an an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of German to join an outstanding Faculty from February 2022. The post would be ideally suited to a teacher who wishes to broaden his/her experience within an academic school but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be experienced in teaching German to KS3 and KS4. He or she will be capable of managing all aspects of the GCSE and of preparing students for the GCSE and external examinations.

The School
Founded in 1912, the school is rated “Outstanding” by Ofsted and secures some of the best examination results at GCSE and A level in the country. Almost all students progress to university with many attending the best Russell Group universities including Oxford, Cambridge and many others.

Altrincham Grammar School for Boys is an academy school based in Altrincham, Cheshire for boys aged 11-18.
The school was founded in 1912. Altrincham Grammar School for Boys is a multi-ethnic seven-form entry 11-18 selective Academy School. It caters for boys who have been selected for a grammar school education from a wide area of South Manchester and North Cheshire. The academic results are outstanding and they place the School in the top 20 maintained schools in the country.
